Prior to joining PT JASA ANGKASA SEMESTA, Tbk, Adji Gunawan strategically positioned himself at companies such as PT Bimantara Citra, Tbk and Andersen Consulting (recently changed its name to Accenture). He was also assigned in a few companies of Cardig Group. He once occupied one of the chairs in PT JASA ANGKASA SEMESTA, Tbk Board of Directors in 2004-2007. Continuing on, he was appointed as one of the commissioners in 2007.
Nazri Othman began his career at the Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) in 1994 and held various positions in these companies, among them are Baggage & Transport, Passenger Services and Super hubs 1 & 2 Cargo Manager. He then was assigned as Vice President Director and Chief Operating Officer of PT JASA ANGKASA SEMESTA Tbk in mid-2004.
Ardjuna Sitorus became director dated December 16th, 2009. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and explored several positions in the financial field, such as PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk and PT Bank Universal, Tbk. He also served as a director at PT Cardig Garda Utama and as Executive Vice President at PT Cardig International.
Marianne started her career As Auditor at Arthur Andersen ( Public Accounting Firm ) in 1987 and soon boost after joining several multinational companies in Indonesia. Her latest position was Finance Director for Truba Jaya Engineering, a power plant construction company prior joining PT JAS in 2008.
Nurhadijono Nurjadin first joined the company on 1994 and was appointed as the 2004-2007 President Director. He then was established as the President Commissioner on 2007 until the present day. He has occupied several strategic positions at foreign companies in Singapore such as Peregrine Securities and Bankers Trust, also at PT Bimantara Citra, Tbk as one of the leading companies in Indonesia.
Prior to this, Mr Chung was the Global Vice President with CISCO Systems Inc, a global networking and telecommunications company in the US. He was based in Singapore and Shanghai for the position. He was instrumental in setting up the Integrated Solutions Group in the Asia Pacific region and China, focusing on major enterprise customers brought about by the huge urbanisation opportunities in China. Mr Chung also held other key senior positions in Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, KPMG Consulting Asia Pacific, Deloitte & Touche Consulting and Accenture.
Mr. Chung also serves as the Vice President Commissioner of PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk, the Vice Chairman of Beijing Aviation Ground Services Co Ltd, and sits on a number of boards of SATS’ subsidiaries and associated companies. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Mr Radianto Kusumo is the Vice President Director of PT Cardig Aviation Services Tbk and Commissioner of PT. Ancora Indonesia Resources. He undergraduated from Boston University majoring Economy in 1994, postgraduated from CASS Business School majoring Internal Audit in 1997, and earned his Master of Business Administration from CASS Business School in 1998. He have background in banking in several banks such as Associate Union Bank of Switzerland, Assistant Vice President ABN AMRO, and Head of Debt Capital Markets and Institutional Global Markets of HSBC
Mr. Yeo has been a Commissioner of PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta, Tbk since 2004. He is currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Cargo Services of SATS. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President, Gateway Services (Overseas Operations), responsible for the performance of SATS’ overseas operating units. Mr. Yeo joined SATS in 1978 and he has held various positions in SATS covering regional operations, business, planning and development, marketing, cargo, passenger and baggage services, and in SIA Ground Services.
Mr. Yeo has an experience for more than 30 years in the aviation and ground handling industry and also sits on number of boards of SATS associated companies. He graduated from the University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree.
Mr Kenneth Cheong is a Managing Director of Asia Private Baring Equity (“Baring Asia”) in Singapore. Mr Cheong joined Baring Asia on 1998 and have experiences in various investment industries in Asia such as food, brand consumer, customer service, education, and healthy products. Mr Cheong also lead many company activities in South East Asia and function as investment committee member of Baring Asia. He graduated First Class Honors of Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from London School of Economics.
